Out of my pure inability to hear these things...what key is this in?
I suppose it’s A minor pentatonic.
I usually play A minor, G Major, F Major, and back on up...
Kinda like “Watchtower”...but lower pitch...

I have several of his CD's. He is definitely an amazing player. It's a shame his demons got the best of him.
When in actuality it’s more like D minor....C Major...B-flat Major.
Like Watchtower, but higher pitch.
Like I said previously...I like that progression for practice noodling, so I move it around a lot...my bad.

Had the pleasure of seeing Roy once live. On the same bill were Koko Taylor and an unknown guy named Stevie Ray Vaughn.
When Stevie introduced the band, I recognized Tommy Shannon from Johnny Winter's band.
It was a pretty amazing show, to say the least.
