Okay, here's one to that this day has me stymied. This was apparently given out to dealers right around 1970, I have only one in person and one mentioned on someone's blog. I have contacted Marshall on several occasions and the only response I've gotten is yes, these were actually one of their marketing tools, but when they moved into their new facilities those records were lost, so nobody knows how many were distributed. I got mine from a dealer in Aurora, Illinois right around 1971, I knew the people who owned the store and just simply asked if I could have it. I still have today.
