Old Jams

Found a CD the other day with some tracks that were recorded 20 years ago with me, 2 fellow coworkers and a really good bass player. These were all total jams, recorded with a single mic in either the drummers living room or a practice studio we rented once a month. No real structure, no mixing, we just enjoyed playing together.

Here’s me jumping in after the drummer goes “here’s something my drum teacher had me practice today”. This is what popped into my mind. 79 LPC into a Marshall 8280.

That was our problem, we could not find a singer so we just jammed without any serious practice. It was a fun year or two.
