Totally hilarious. The company who's sole original business model was making cheap knockoffs of other peoples products/intellectual property now has the gumption to sue companies for merely modeling something they didn't even think of. Just magnificent.

Well, anybody can try to sue anybody else for anything.
Winning the case, and then collecting ... that's the real challenge, and the precedent setter.

It will be interesting to see how this one actually plays out in court.
