New vintage amp day...
Just scored this 32 year old baby in a gear swap.

He got my Epiphone pelham blue SG pro triple pickup conversion, minus the Bigsby.
I got this Marshall 5010 Master Lead Combo, 30 watt solid state amp with a single 12" Celestion.
Based on the tone of the JCM 800. It's a rocking beast for sure. Gain & saturation for days.
Both parties are satisfied. What could be better???

Couldn't take it any longer...
Ordered new Marshall black weave grille cloth today.
It's worth the investment.
I'm really liking this thing for a solid state amp.
While it's apart I'll give all the pots & jacks a good wash out with tuner tonic.
Not a bad thing to do every so often.
