Not Enough Peter Green content!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAHA, As I asked Adrian. How did my Peter Green thread turn into a bunch of Weight watchers chatter? LOL

In my lifting prime, I was in HS and College. I started out at about 130 lbs and 5'91/2 and by 11th grade was at the whopping 135 lb bench press to start.

By my senior year I bulked up to 147 and was maxing out just under 300 lbs bench.

These clips are really cool. But it still saddens me that he doesn't have THE Peter Green guitar anymore. But at least the current owner (Kirk Hammett) actually plays the guitar, he doesn't keep it locked up in a museum. I mean, Hammett is definitely not my favorite player, but he uses the guitar for what it's meant to do.

No prescriptions here either...53, just passed FAA physical...never been to a gym...although I do walk often.

No Prescriptions here either at 64. Just had physical exam last week, blood work etc everything good so far. Don't go to gym, but do walk occasionally , more walking in the summer months. But lets face it Rob, looks like you an I could still use more exercise.:) And lets hope we our fortunate to have good health for years to come.

Ive been lifting for MANY years-- I enjoy it --relieves stress-- when I want to pound some BLEEPBLEEPBLEEPBLEEPBLEEPBLEEP into pulp-- I go "move heavy things" and it keeps the world a better place---- not "competing" or trying to "grow" anymore-- when I graduated Highs school I was the same 6' and 142 lbs.......looked like a Cambodian refuge---I got tired of the "you have to run around the shower to get wet"--- and "hey stick boy" comments-- so went to the gym -- at my "peak" I was 220 with 2% body fat -- I was LARGE and RIPPED -- but it took a LOT of work-- a lot of time and a lot of $ -- and after a SERIOUS back injury -- I had to "tone it down"----but I still go -- I still enjoy it --

That's Great eSGEe!! keep it up its very good for you to do. Just read an article the other day at how good lifting weights is good for the body. I used to lift weights when I was younger. But it has been crossing my mind to get back into it. Not to gain large muscle mass. Just to get the heart pumping and keep them muscles limbered up.

For all you weight watchers, this is a pretty nice way to stay in shape:

Then both you and your baby could end up like this:
