I am STOKED........45.00 CL Marshall 90's era BRITISH made Valvestate 20........

I decided after spending a WHOLE 1.00 worth of DEOXIT to stop the SCRATCHY SCRATCHY pots----and ZERO dollars on a scrap piece of chipboard made into a back cover (to enclose it and give it a RICH tone) that I would "splurge"

It makes a huge difference. Congrats!!
 
ALL the bad tone was in that shitty knob..........its clear as a bell now----its the tone plastic that makes it sound better........fresh plastic!

Nah man... the "Before" knob had a lot more character. The new one looks like the golden boy jock that seriously needs his a$$ kicked. And the bad tone was coming from the volume knob not being turned up to 10... :dood:

TommyTourbus could use that Gold one for his High Dollar Lester he modded to hail.

Either that or Goldmember might know just where to put it to best use.
