Gents,
I picked up a 2005 Gibson LP Standard for a reasonably good price with the idea of selling to make a small profit.
The guitar is in excellent condition except for a flaw in the nitro on the face of the headstock. I have seen the sinking in of finish around the inlaid logo before. The other flaws are new for me.
Is this somewhat normal? It is not loose or flaking off.
