So I was in high school during the height of the hair metal '80's and love that music. I was just graduating college when a hard rockin' band from LA hit the music scene lke a sledge hammer. That band was Guns and Roses. Since then I have loved the band, at least as it was with Saul Hudson (aka Slash). Not much of a fan of the recent lineups, I have to admit.

Anyway, I have seen Slash live with his new band and he still kicks serious RnR A$$!:dood:

Here is me dressed up as Slash for a Halloween party this past year:

Anyway, I digress. I loved when Gibson (and Epiphone) released the Slash Appetite for Destruction Les Paul, though I couldn't see paying the huge money that they wanted for either model. Artist signature models seem to be soooo overpriced that it is ridiculous.

For the past several years I have been patiently waiting for the right Epi LP to come along so I could make my own Slash tribute. Late this week I found it. Here she is in all her glory:

That's good man, you got the slash look down. Guess, all you really need is that hair and a les paul. Too funny.

I went to a party this past year, as King Diamond. My friends little daughter cried when she saw me. I took it as a compliment.
