NGD & Restoration - Peavey T25

I did some work on the back. I took out some "buckle rash", deep finish impressions that did not break through and hit the paint. I did this with 1500 -2500 grit sandpaper.

Also, the back edge at the base looked like it was chewed up by a field rodent. I sanded that too, but it left bare wood. Since I am not going for perfection, I took an acid brush and pained the area with a black superglue which also contains rubber, let it dry, and buffed it out. It did the trick of making it look good at a distance

I have the superglue in black, white & amber, as well as clear.
Very handy for just what you mentioned.
I've used the accelerator as well to set the the glue quickly, but it seems to make the surface bubble a bit.
But nothing 600 grit wont smooth.
It's great how well it blends in & polishes up.
