Funny thing is that this might be the only guitar that I have ever bought that I don't immediately feel the need to have to change or modify in some way!

I think if you can get it for $400 that would be a decent deal.
I don’t have enough time with the 5-way switch yet to have an opinion one way or the other.Good one! I find something special about the all-mahogany ones; they have a certain vocal quality in the mids compared to the chimier maplecap versions. And I think a one-piece body might even give a hair more sustain. Of course a long tenon neck is part of the magic but they all have that.
I didn't realize they still had the five-way in '98. That's a feature I love but which many hate, perhaps because they find it inconvenient.
Over the years I've become so used to the rotaries in mine that using them feels intuitive and very natural for me.

Good chemistry...Leeds and I both played our new PRS guitars together last night and I have to say that it may have been the best sounding jam night we have had yet! I think it was a combination of great sounding guitars, the familiarity of playing together and the fact that our new singer is gaining confidence with each session.
