I am the same eSGEe! But with a $2500 guitar I look just a bit less like a steaming pile than I do with a $150 guitar. I still sounds like one though!

but....if I show up with a beat to crap 50.00 Epiphone......and "carry a tune" -- peaopl are like -- "well if HAD GOOD GEAR he might sound...er "better"

but if I show up with a 17500.00 PRS custom library super mega carved from the arc of the covenant bible wood "custom" -- with real gold hardware..............

Im getting mugged for the guitar ............ and thrown naked in the back alley --- which happens MORE OFTEN THAN I CARE TO REMEMBER-- but thats a story for another time
