This is my pick I would like to see you work on Rob! I,m sure the guys here would like to give some suggestions on which songs they feel would be in your realm of Music. One of my Favorites Twice as Hard by the Black Crowes.

YES!!!! I been trying to to get them to add 'Hard To handle,' but we are really sticking to the 1970's/1980's vibe for now anyways....

School's Out - The Alice Cooper Band

been thinking about some of Alice's stuff. I'm only singing one song with the group right now...don't know if that will change. I'm not a great vocalist, but I am versatile, singing country and metal with relative ease. Growing up in the studio, versatility was the name of the game...

I watched Alice Cooper - Ballad of Dwight Fry (from Alice Cooper: Trashes The World) -
using Video Tube.

Alice was another one of those guys that just spoke to me when I was a young kid! I mean come on...listen to this!

I ran into my room and I fell down on my knees
Well I thought that fifteen was gonna be a breeze
I picked up my guitar to blast away the clouds
But somebody in the next room yelled, "You gotta turn that damn thing down"

I’ve mentioned it here before. But while all my peers were running out buying Beatles and Stones, I was buying Sabbath, Deep Purple, Alice.

But full disclosure. I also have a Bobby Sherman and ABBA. Not sure what I was thinking with Bobby. Pretty sure we all know why this teenage male wanted an ABBA album.

Well Robert, 70- 80's to one type audience is Elton John, Beach Boys, Billy Joel. to Paul Mccartney and Wings,,,,,,,,,,,, or the range from Mountain, Stones, Bad Co, Steppenwolf, The Guess Who, Aerosmith,The Who to Tom Petty to Van Halen to Deep Purple to Ted Nugent to Def Leppard, Allmans, Blackfoot,Molly Hatchet etc on another side, or The Cars, Elvis Costello, REM, The Clash, B52's, The Fixx, The Tubes, Sex Pistols, Joe Jackson,etc on another side, and of course Ratt, Cinderella, Krokus, Poison, Motley Crue, Warrant, Dokken, Megadeth, Yngwie... I am sure you get my point.

I guess I am aiming for more a rifle method than a shotgun method to suggest songs.

Oh yeah, and you Californians grew up on some genres way different than us back East, but some the same.
