oh, that happened in 1987 when i bought the strat plus that i still have.
been a strat guy since. well, until i played a tele for the first time in 2016.

the teles i built are a bit different.
both have.....
swamp ash bodies
quartersawn maple necks with 10-16 compound radius and ss6115 frets
gotoh tele bridges with in tune compensated saddles(seafoam has titanium and yellow has brass)
cant remember the controls but they both have high end parts.
seafoam has SD quarter pounders
yellow has SD hot tele pickups.
