New guitar

The main rule is Adrian rubs his junk on it-----well MY MAIN RULE --- occasionally I will mark my territory by peeing on it--- but a junk rub is S.O.P. especially in public....
That's a fact!
Ya gotta show the guitar who's boss. Set the ground rules right away.
A disciplinary junk rub usually does the job, but for more headstrong instruments a more drastic measure is usually needed.
Basses require special consideration...

I don't think so. There's too much space in between the pickups... o_O
I thought that as well when I got it.
Was window shopping all kinds of pickups. But after playing it a few times... I can't explain it.
It soon changed my way of thinking.
It has the Stratish sounds that nothing other than a Stratish guitar can make.
Always liked the Strat sounds but felt off with the guitars.

I was missing dem tonz, and it seemed a shame to ruin it with a bunch of pesky little humbuckers, so unaltered it shall remain.

For now...

He He seems that at times changing nothing, is the biggest change

It really does Ray. Four in total, the bridge bucker splits and goes "turbo", whatever that marketing hype is.
Like a tone bypass or something right to the jack.
Plus the normal Stratish sounds from the 5 way switch.

I'm finding it hard to hack.

Turbo may be an out of phase effect or a reverse phase effect...
