Our pup is 7 years. But 8 months doesn’t seem that long ago. Fun and busy age for sure. Lots of energy.View attachment 104578
Been a little busy with the pup. She's 8 months old now. And yeah, I named her Rosie. As in a whole lot of...
Yup! Sure did!!Shoot , I gave up. I didn’t even know it arrived , it did arrive?
Anyway cool.
“When your down in the dumps only one thing’s going to bring up, Ibanez Iceman” lol

All the new teles are 100% shielded at the factory.I really depends. My MIM Strat does not get hummy and buzzy. Now. I did swap pups after one died. Used that as an excuse to replace all three. So I may have just got lucky in the noise canceling department.
Next time I change strings I think I’m gonna pull it apart and copper tape the pup and control cavity.

Jethro, that might be one of the best image captures of a challenging instrument I've ever seen by a forum user, any forum, ever, period! Did you try at all to place a light teecting in one of the shards, like a flashlight or such? That might have put it completely over the top!
Not sure what that means?teecting

The flash off ceiling did indeed reflect on the top horn and near centre last time. Might be on an outtake, too many reflections in front.@Jethro Rocker this is what I was thinking Photoshop mockup. Not even sure if it's possible, the feature light probably would reflect in ALL
the shards. But in my experience in regards to lighting and FX you need to imagine it first, then find a way to make it possible LOL!

Now I see the original image on my desktop rather than my phone, i do see how keeping this this
clean of dust and prints is probably a challenge LOL! Cleaned up a tad digitally here
I also think possibly hitting it with a hard sidelight, even from further off, may work to accent all the edges of the glass
I'll try a reflection with a small snoot on a second flash and make the snoot opening very small. Seems like a fun challenge!
Maybe air dust it off first...![]()
