New Blade for the Wife...

Thats badass sp8tre.My wife would love that thing.She was a cook for her whole life.retired now.

Yea, my wife basically lives in the kitchen. She loves to cook! Now I have to make her a stainless Vegetable Cleaver and a Paring Knife and the list goes on.

Everyone in my family are also lining up. No more freebies though. These cost me about $100 in material and between 40 and 80 hours of my time. Not to mention the huge investment in equipment!

I just ordered a Spyderco Delica 4. Needed a new pocket knife as I can't find my current one after doing some forest remodeling last week. I lost my last Delica about 12 years ago and it was always my favorite. Time for a new one.

I have a couple of those and I love them. Just bought a Spartan and a Hinderer...both beauties!
