Nice Ibby!!!2009 Fender Rumble 100 and Ibanez bass. Not keen on the carpet on the amp, but hey, the price was right. About $425 for all shipped. Plenty of boom and slap here.

We all know Ibanez makes good stuff. But this is better than expected. Active tone control really adds some pop, if you want it.
And the Rumble is also better than I expected, but that’s mostly due to my ignorance. I’ve not had a bass for more years than I care to admit. I did know I wanted a 15” speaker and enough power to thump. It certainly has that.
Is that an Ibanez GSRM20 by any chance?
If it is, i have her twin sister:
She's actually one of my fave basses to play and record with too!

My powers of observation were a bit off; the control layout should have been the tell there even if the larger body wasn't as obvious in the first pic.Mine was more second cousin, twice removed. It was an ATK-700. The design brief was very clearly: "Give us one bass that will compete with Fender, MusicMan and Rickenbacker." It came close to achieving that, and I really liked the chunky neck profile, which was somewhere in the Rickenbacker 4003/Fender Jazz zone.
It’s a GSR200. I was looking through your music the other day when I saw it.i have her twin sister
As you know Si, I’ve played your Ibby. And when I put my hands on this one it certainly had a familiar, friendly feel.Mine was more second cousin
