Probably true on both counts! Neil Diamond drew a surprisingly large fan base throughout the 80s with the soundtrack from The Jazz Singer, "America" and oddly enough, getting a UB40 cover of "Red Red Wine" hit the top of the charts. And he even had a strange resurgence of success in the 90s with "Sweet Caroline" being played at Red Sox games and then other teams ripping that off.

And yeah, most kids now unfortunately could tell you who Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Tim Cook and Jack Dorsey are but probably would get stumped if you asked about Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, Alan Shepard or Chuck Yeager.
At the concert we were at, he actually spoke of UB40 covering Red Red Wine. He said he’d been asked if that bothered him…. His response…. Why should it? I’m getting royalties. Then proceeded to break off into the song reggae style. It was awesome.

The Super Bowl is in LA this years and the Rams could repeat Tampa Bays first ever of the team winning the SB in their own stadium.
Due to the NFLs weakass rules over not hosting Superbowls in open arenas in colder climates except for newly built stadiums; there will NEVER be a Superbowl in New England unless they smash Gillette Stadium and build a new one, though that's probably not happening for another 25 years now since its only 20 years old lol

Joe Rogan is not questioning anything. He is a mouthpiece for elitists. He is paid to keep you all in line using entertainment vs information.
Asking questions is literally what he does and he says he is entertainment.

Well you asked so......
Politely as well, I think you are missing something.

Neil expressed his view - claiming Rogan spreads "misinformation" - ok, fine.
I respect Neil's free speech.

I'm not taking Rogan's side, I dont care what he says.
When Neil tried to have Rogan removed / silence him - not ok.

That is the issue at hand for me, not which side of the issue anyone is on.

I'm fine with whatever position people wish to take on a given subject. I doubt I would ever make a political or medical decision based on any artist's whims. In fact, to try and influence others to "go along with the establishment" seems to contradict some of his early "protest" viewpoints.

@SG John makes a good point. Both my parents decided to vaxx based on being around when the polio vaccine came out. Ironically, the polio vaccine took from 1930 until 1953 to be perfected and risk-minimized.

My Dad is double vaxxed and boosted. My Mom had severe reactions to the second shot and her doctor has directed here to wave-off the boost for health concerns.

Sadly, both my parents are currently fighting the virus (both tested positive recently) and we are hoping and praying that they make a full recovery.
I hope they make a full recovery.

I just got news today that two close friends of my wife & I have come down with it, both vaxxed, and say they are miserable. It happens more than people think.

Don’t

Wouldn’t know. Don’t drink it. Never have.
Interesting. I don't drink coffee either. I have, but I haven't in over twenty years now.

The reason I don't drink it is because I'm already a spaz. I'm one of those people whos leg goes up and down when I sit and don't know I'm doing it until my wife or someone else has enough and yells at me to stop.
