And I as a Canadian, concur... Sorry, neighbours... the treasure's all ours!!To Canada.
And again, I concur... this time with Brother RVA! You know the saying: "it's all fun and games until..."I am impressed by how long this thread went and still stayed civil. My hat is off to you all. However, since the topic is circling around free speech and the efficacy of the vaccine, I would appreciate it if everyone quit while we are ahead.
…….. your “G” string breaks???And again, I concur... this time with Brother RVA! You know the saying: "it's all fun and games until..."
And in a very politely Canadian fashion I ask: Wasn't Neil Young exerting his own right to free speech by expressing that view? Or am I missing something? Whether we agree or disagree is precisely what keeps the conversation and a healthy and respectful exchange of ideas going. Just some food for thought.@Robert Herndon
Hope your folks are feeling better soon Rob.
I love much of Neil Young's earlier records, and do like his singing voice on songs like After the Gold Rush, Needle and the Damage Done, etc.
I'll just say very mildly to respect RVA's request: I am deeply disappointed by Young's attempt to suppress the free speech of someone he doesn't agree with.
Which leads me to ask the following question: How many drummers does it take to change a lightbulb? Answer will follow in a few minutes... First, I brew meself a nice cuppa joe (not THAT Joe). In the meantime, feel free to chime in...Let's hope the derailment stays on track (see what I did there?)

Well you asked so......
Politely as well, I think you are missing something.
Neil expressed his view - claiming Rogan spreads "misinformation" - ok, fine.
I respect Neil's free speech.
I'm not taking Rogan's side, I dont care what he says.
When Neil tried to have Rogan removed / silence him - not ok.
That is the issue at hand for me, not which side of the issue anyone is on.
OK, I'm back! Coffee refilled and consciousness regained! So then, how many drummers does it take to change a lightbulb? ALL of them... One to actually change it and the rest to argue about how Neil Peart would have done it much better.Which leads me to ask the following question: How many drummers does it take to change a lightbulb?
