Is that a DC? Did you route the cavity or did it come with a trem?I have the Super-Vee BladeRunner on this Gibson that I refinished. Excellent quality of material and components. The mechanics feel very smooth, whether subtly using the vibrato or getting all-silly with it. Unfortunately, I was having tuning problems, even when not using the vibrato. I'm pretty sure that the problem is not the fault of the SV BladeRunner. More than likely, the tuning problems stem from the steep angle of this Gibson's headstock and no string locking system behind the nut. Too much sharp angle string pressure at the nut is causing some string binding at the nut.

It is a 1997 Gibson All American II. These were made in '96 thru '98, exclusively for Guitar Center. My guitar above used to belong to my younger brother. It used to be solid black (poly). It used to have a broken headstock at the neck. It used to be very sad. It used to be on Death Row. But, I gave it a new identity and it came back to life better than ever... :dood:Is that a DC? That is a bad mamma! Nice save. I am surprised they painited over it, since it appears to be a nice, single piece of hog. Any more pics handy? It is a 1997 Gibson All American II. I don't know exactly what these sold for, but it was probably a part of Gibson's entry level line in the 90's.That is a bad mamma! Nice save. I am surprised they painited over it, since it appears to be a nice, single piece of hog. Any more pics handy?

Nice job! They sell for around $800 in fair condition now. Yours is nicer than any of them, and even nicer than the red burst they offered originally.I don't know exactly what these sold for, but it was probably a part of Gibson's entry level line in the 90's.
The body looks to me to be at least two pieces, but they blend well:
