And it’s here!!! Fender rumble 40. It was discounted by $20 off its original price for a nick in the corner of the tolex. Honestly, if they sold it for the full price I wouldn’t care, minor little defect that you’d have to be looking for, but I do appreciate honesty.
When it comes to guitar I usually stay away from fender amps. For cleans they are awesome. But they end up being too bright sounding for my taste, although the fender mustang really interests me.
But in this case, since the Schecter is now my main bass, that may actually be pretty beneficial as my bass is REALLY dark sounding. So this may be the ticket. I’m waiting for guitar center to open so I can pick up a new instrument cable but now my recording rig is complete. So after I get the cable I’m going to try and record a song with it today and test what sort of sound quality and difference this all makes so aside from panning.., this is going to be pretty raw.
