I had a shop accident and messed up my right hand, that and a bad back made it too hard to work on the car.

Besides, the head is too wide, it'll stone hinge my 112 cab. and I don't really want another heavy head, I'm all about keeping it small and light these days.

Man, I am so sorry to hear that. I’m looking for a 67 / 68 Mustang, or 69 or so Camaro. Hard to find in good shape without paying two fortunes for it.

I didn't find it on the website when I looked earlier. Are you saying it's just a preamp that can be run thru the effects loop of say...my Origin?...basically turning into a different amp?

It does! More gain than a "normal" JCM which is ok by me, can always knock the level back.

Yup. Pick your preamp module type. All have a double set of controls, too.

Ever since they released a Fortin module, I've been really wanting to get into the Synergy equipment. I've liked them for a while, especially since Randall had their MTS modules that did similar things. Great technology.

Looks like they have the JCM800 and JMP for marshall, but this doesn't change anything, I'm still getting the Ceriatone. After that, who knows.

Oh….I'm a bit slow on this…they have non power amp boxes for the modules…a single, a double, and one that I didn’t look at. You can plug a module into a box, and you get the output options on the back of the box(along with power supply for the preamp module). That makes for a killer studio rig that can really open up some options for live use. Cool….

I have been a tube amp purist for years.. Never any interest is this type of thing. For me, right now, it is the best option.
