NAD!

Okay, nothing real special here, but I just recorded a minute or two.
I didn't even mic the cab or anything, just let the two mics in the middle of the room capture it.
Nothing special, but way better than my first try lol
I mighta gone on a bit longer but my guitar needed a lil tuning

What I’m trying to wrap my head around, is the fact that the beefy tone in that clip came from an EL84 amp....

o_O o_O o_O o_O o_O o_O

Hahahahahahahaha! But the Mesa 5:25 also calls to me...... ;) :rolf::rolf:

Both made in the USA....I’m torn...
That one has been on my radar for quite some time, but in the end I guess Jerry won me over. I'd like a Mark V whether full size or the 25w as well.
One thing for sure is that these 20w are way bigger sounding than I thought they'd be, and I'm pleased!

IF you can hear my vocals, pay no attention....I beg of you, please...pay no attention to my voice lol

Got a couple friends who want to record a cover of this one, and I was asked to share vocal duties (eeekk!! I suck!!) so I went to the jamroom, put on the song, tuned my guitar and went for it.

The important part of this clip happens during the beginning of the clip when I step in with my guitar.
It's pretty close, I think

You know we ain't listening to no vocals Lol.

We just want to hear that Friedman screamin".

Well lucky for you that was my first run at doing both (today) along with the original song. I could hear them myself, but luckily they don't show much in the recording...

I used my Explorer for this, didn't touch my settings one bit; but it sounds way more on to the original tone than my normal V does. I dug it....

I know it's a :poo:ty recording, but..ehh

Vocals are just the parts between guitar solos.
I umm.....didn't do no stinkin' solos there lol

The point of the recording was to send to my buddy Jake just to make sure that he wanted my vocals on it lol I personally wouldn't, but, hey.....it's his project lol

Anyway, thought I would put it here cause it's one of the first few things I recorded with it....

The creator of this video posted it over at the MF. He does a hell of an extensive demo here....
It contains the JJ Jr., and the Mark V:25, among a bunch of others. There's timestamps in the description so you can click around to each amp. Good way to waste an hour and stroke your GAS!
