It arrived today!
This is my first bass amp for a few years, and my first Fender amp ever!
The seller sent me a message saying that it was her Dad's practice amp, and that he was a Jazz musician.
I am thinking that he has maybe passed away now, hence the sale.
The condition is excellent for an amp of this age and carpetyness.
No real tufting and no sign of pet fur contamination.
It even has the original showroom sticker on the grill and the plastic wrap on the logo plate, so obviously never been gigged.
I am not sure how old it is though apart from the production dates (2003-2009). I've included the serial if anyone can date it.
All works as it should, into the front, and through my DR-880 (my only bass effects at the mo) straight into the FX Return.
Even the red LEDs inside the cab are working (but I may have to see about that).
An excellent addition to my ever growing 'Wall of Noise'.
Very happy bunny, apart from the fact this is supposed to be a Christmas present from the missus.
So now I've tested it, it has to be squirreled away until Santa brings it back out again.
