Rob V at the moment, it blew a mains fuse when plugged into one outlet in our house. I had no 4 amp slow blow fuses and the seller had a 3 amp one in it that blew. That's it for now.So it's not operational?

Oh goodness....with that switch? They should be 16Ohm to present proper load in stereo mode.According to this Eminence company info, it looks like the Governors are 8 Ohm speakers.
