My new studio!

Have fun I started off with a 2 channel interface but the software would freeze up and to record drums need 6 channels
I went with stand alone recorders no computers and for recording guitar just use a single condenser mic 5 feet away from my amps
Bass and Keyboards just go direct into the recorder vocal effects use a outboard Lexicon PCM 90
I'm no expert but we are getting recordings that sound good one point use headphones while recording then use powered monitors
for playback we play loud so a headphone amp was needed

Mmmm that burst.

I don't record much. When I do it's either live with the SQ 5 or I use the zoom L20. I can put the tracks from SQ right into computer.
