My Gettaway

[Session 5]

This is where my wife and I spend some time through the spring, summer and fall. This is where my buddy and myself do some guitar pickin around the campfires. Its a great time by all.

Here's mine. It's on the back acre of our little rural jungle abode.

Wonderful place to chill. Fully screened, ceiling fan, lights, water, all the comforts of home.

It's our little get away from TV & phones. We just grab a beer & wander out there in the evenings.
While hanging out there, we've see deer, armadillos, possums, owls, hawks, bobcats and wild hogs.
Like having your own zoo.

What general location, country, state?

When we get a chance to get away we like renting this cabin on the river at Mourya (south coast NSW Aust).

That mesh may hold off the mosquitoes etc but ya won't get me dropping in to visit until it's made gator proof. :-(

This is my parents' lake house. I used to go a lot to hunt and fish and drink. Since I do not do those things any longer, I have not been in some time, but they go a lot. My sisters go to ski and shop the country stores.

I'm not a fan of "buying" holiday houses as it takes your desire to try new things away.

Hey gasket, that looks like a nice spot, I like our spot where we are kinda home away from home, but also we have the option to travel which we do on occasion. I like our place at the park its an hour and a half drive from our home and yet seems like miles away. Beautiful pictures of the lake house RVA.

That is true. But it is nice to escape home to another place that still has the comforts of home.

I got a black doggie that looks almost just like that. Mine has white paws and chest.
