Yes they are.
I like the silverface amps.
I had a silverface Twin reverb in the early 70's.
It was EV SRO loaded and weighed a lot but sounded good.
I also like the little pro jr a lot and may get one soon.

Quite the bevy of beauties.
I'm getting all tingly.

what are the tweeds?
Is one a F2A Princeton?

Oh yes... Now We Talkin'… :celebrate:

How do you liken' the Custom Deluxe Reverb ?

It is totally bitchen. I could not be any happier with it. Before I got it a year ago I was worried because some had posted that they were "noisey" because of extra gain, etc. This is not true with mine or any other which I have tried out in the stores so far. People who don't know squat post a great deal of BS online. All the inputs sound fine but, I feel for myself the sweetspot for pedals is on the Bassman stack ( Custom channel, usually it would say Normal ) input two. I'm loving this DR. I feel all of them should be like this one.

The tweed covered ones are a Mexican Blues Junior and a made in Brea, California Pro Junior. They are both cool amps. The PJ came out first. It bugs me when people attempt to put down either one of these amps like one is superior. Considering that they are two different models with some difference in the circuit design, of course they will sound different. I feel neither is better than the other, just a bit different. I like the green circuit board made in USA BJs also.

No Princeton in shot. they are Super Reverb, Deluxe Reverb, Blues Junior, Pro Junior, Vibro Champ and Champ 12...........................By the way, I do like Princeton amps also.

SWEET !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're way closer to the Peavey plant than me so you probably get way more access to buying nice used Peavey amps. I grew up next to Fullerton and have even lived there twice. I still don't see as many good Fender deals as I like. They are asking any where from $500 to $1000 for a used Champ these days. This is freaking nuts!

Man those are nice! I really like the blond Strat also. I bet at one time it was white. Those tweed Deluxe amps have that early ZZ Top tone.

Nice collection Cat ! If Chilli is correct, I'm gonna go open my backdoor right now :ROFLMAO:, I can practically see Corona from here.
