I put this together with the pickguard in mind. My wife hand painted it and it needed the right guitar behind it.
It's an Olympic white 2016 US Strat body, with a MIM Fender neck with Fender locking tuners.
The pups are all Seymour Duncans. SSL-3 in the neck, SSL-5 RWRP mid, and SSL-1 in the bridge.
250k CTS with .022uF Orange Drops.
The bridge is 2 point blocked.
She weighs in at 9 lbs with a strap and a pick.

Hand painted tort. That couldn’t have been easy.
It's really exquisite. The picture does it no justice. It isn't "2D" like a regular pickguard. This one has a real 3D, leather-like texture to it. I've had it on several Strats, but, I decided that I needed one to honor her. She's been unable to do them for a while, but, hopefully, in the near future, I can help her get back into it.

Here are pics of some others that I can get to readily.
The yellow one founds its way around until it found a home
The natural Strat had a few. I sold it with a white PG. I couldn't part with Robin/s work. You can see the texture by the 5 way.
The Tele was a beauty! That also had some texture, and a beat up look (from a pick!)
I have more in the shop. One is a beautiful "tropical" style that Jimmy Buffett would have enjoyed :giggle:

Those a really nice.

Dude. I have to say that with only the presentation of the first I was skeptical that you may be trolling.

But upon seeing the rest I can see that you and Robin are the real deal.

Beautiful work. I wouldn’t part with any of them either.

Thanks. We appreciate that. She was looking over my shoulder (as she is now) and was very excited when I was posting the pics. Robin is an especially talented artist. Her pencil drawings are really astounding. I'm hoping that I can get her interested into making more art.
