Might have to invest Chorus Pedal

A chorus is a definite must-have in my opinion. I don't always use it, but it is in the mix and on quite alot. Like a few folks here, such as @Mitch Pearrow SJMP and @Headache , I'm in the MXR camp myself, namely a MXR Stereo Chorus M134. But truthfully, there's a lot of great brands mentioned here and all are well worth it.

I personally like the Stereo chorus for if nothing else, splitting between two amps and causing this micro bouncing effect back and forth between them. Used in higher intensity and it's definitely got the Zakk Wylde effect to it. But I tend to roll back on it compared to his style lol but a chorus can shine wonderfully in a clean setting, almost haunting at times.

I got spoiled using 8-voice chorus for more than thirty years. My old Intellifex remains in the rack to this day.

Since I've grown so attached to multivoice chorus, my preferred chorus pedal is a Lovepedal Beardsman.
It stacks two chorus circuits, each with its own speed control - lush, complex sound that's less repetitive than a regular sweep.
That has the spot on my most-used board.

The small board has a Neunaber Inspire. Inspire is full studio quality (actually better fidelity and far more versatile than the Beardsman).
But being so clear & focused, for plain chorus it isn't quite as organic as the Lovepedal.

Also have a Danelectro Cool Cat chorus that's a bit large but sounds very nice - same chip as the Boss CE-2.
 
One comment about that video - the guy did a decent job on the tone. But it annoys me that he didn't bother to learn the main riff correctly.
He misses the B note on his low string every time, leaving a gap in what should be a seamless part and pretty obviously not realizing.
Not even a favorite tune for me, still it gets more and more annoying as he repeats the error.
It isn't as if this were a difficult or complex lick.

He's got it close enough to be recognizable, sure - good enough for a bar band.
IMO not good enough for an analysis vid. Even in a cover band, somebody probably would've corrected him.
