That’s not true. Preservatives aren’t antibiotic.

Bacteria are less affected, but it's true that some things won't grow mold very quickly, hehe.

To be fair, the USDA says that anything with a spot of mold should be disgarded immediately. When I was a kid, it was normal to scrape a bit of mold off the top of the jam. I've often enough thrown away a couple of moldy slices of bread and eaten the rest. Healthy, maybe not. Would I eat moldy pizza? Hell no.

I'll be celebrating my 6th year of retirement on August 31st. It's been anything other than fun and games though. Built a couple more amps and added more guitars to gather dust on the man cave wall. Two of my Norwegian Forest Cats will be celebrating their 18th birthday hopefully in November. Turning 70 was a real gut punch!
