Marty Schwartz demos his 2006 SG Special

I've been thru more than a few of his lessons, he's actually pretty good, though he does tend to ramble a bit.

Marty is a good player, but for some reason I can't stand his teaching style...I avoid his lesson videos like the plague...

There are others, like 'shut up & play guitar' that I like better, Marty does tend to over explain the technical side of things a bit, which I do find annoying when I just want to get the jist of a song.

ive watched a few of Martys videos.

I think Marty tends towards the beginner side of things. I also think he is SEO and click oriented. e.g. the longer he rambles, the more likely someone is to click an ad or click one of his links to his paid lessons.

I still get some good tips or refreshers from him from time to time.

I mostly just thought his SG Special sounded very good in this video.
