Marshall Origin Speaker Jack Modification:

Marshall added a decal to the Origins at some point





So, when looking at the manual, it states that "Connect a single 8 ohm cabinet to output jack #3, or a pair of 16 ohm speaker cabinets to output jacks #2 & #3..."




So, now, they seem to have changed something here...

As long as the amp has the repair, that plagued the first release’s

Marshall confirmed that if running two (16) ohm cabinets or speakers, the best way is to use jacks #2 and #3...

I have an 8 ohm cabinet plugged into the middle Jack on mine.

On the Origin thread in the MF there is a pic of the one wire mod to fix the speaker outs, because the first batch of amps, you could not run 2 cabs.
