Hi
I want sell all my JCM900 amps (all stock 50W EL34) or trade for a 1987/1959 or Superbass/Supertremolo.
They sounds and works great.
Location Catalonia, Spain. You can try them at any volume on the night or day.
Heads '93 SL-X model 2500 and '90 MKIII 2500.
Combo '93 Dual Reverb 4501.
All with original Marshall covers.

They can work perfectly at 120Vac. You just need wiring power transformer and replace some fuses to use them at 120 Vac 60 Hz.

Price
SL-X 2500 head 750€
MKIII 2500 head 650€
Dual Reverb combo 1X12 650€

No mods on them.

If you buy all three 1750€

I could send them but the buyer would have to take care of all the paperwork and schedule the pickup. For now I only have a cardboard box to ship a head. It is an original Marshall cardboard box with its protections. Send me a private message to discuss it.IMG_20240304_181213_copy_1632x1228.jpgIMG_20240304_174429_copy_1632x1228.jpgIMG_20240304_171632_copy_1632x1228.jpgIMG_20240304_171618_copy_1632x1228.jpgIMG_20240304_171509_copy_1632x1228.jpg

MKIII was sold. I keep the SLX. The JCM900 DR 4501 for 600€.
When you take the feedback resistor out of the SLX, it takes off like a rocket to Mars.
Or maybe I would just increase the ohms of the feedback resistor....
But anyhow, JCM 900 can be a very killer sounding amp when it's fixed up a bit. Quite a nice sounding amp.
I think that these amps are under rated.

What do you mean? Is It louder when you take out?
The only criticism I have of the SL-X is that when you use the effects loop it sounds a bit thinner. The DR and MKIII don't do It.

You guys and those Rock n Roll amplifiers...

Lol.

Good luck, but why are you selling all your Marshall Tuckers?

you take it out, you don't bridge it.
Ok. As you can see I did It. Without R17 the amp sounds so tight, no Marshall roar. No Marshall midds. I'm a Marshall sound fan guy. Looks like it's a Mesa or a Soldano or whatever. I reinstalled R17. I like better with R17. But thank you so much I learned something new.
