Marshall DSL100HR light issue.

Absolutely! Pubs are full of cool people and interesting stories. Very laid back! And yeah i found out just how valuable cabbies are in the UK: not just folks who can get you around town fast but they know everything. You want a real tour of the area and find out every hot spot? Take a cab
come man im better than guide book, i know whore houses, good takeaways, good burger joint, where to get drugs you name it ill have a spot :)

Ive been thinking, as its second time happening to my amp this issue im thinking is a possibility i have foggy wall socket?

I changed to different socket today and panel is bit warm where the switch is, is this normal??
Mine are warm at the panel, and I have 2 less power tubes !!
I think its normal, unless it’s changing color on the front panel

The metal panel where the lighted power switch on your amp? It will get a lil warm by the switch itself but most of that is your mains transformer being right on top of it

We all have a first time for everything!

I have spoken with you lately quite a bit, I Have no doubt that you could do it.

What you need to do is have one of our knowledgeable amp guys walk you through it in real time. Have everything ready to go, and I'm sure they could coach you through it.

But if you're really worried, pay the local dude but see if you can watch him fix it, then you'd have real world experience.

Also, there's probably a youtube video covering this. I'd volunteer, I know the tech end, I'm just not so good of a teacher.

If someone can guide me in real time i can follow instructions :)

Looking at switch dose not look too hard, just few pins.

I need to open and see and go from there :)
