Major Guitar Heist Hits Left Coast Collector (Have You Seen Me?)

Well, that really sucks!
This guy really had a thing for Fender Jaguars. Not a really common guitar that gets stolen....
Les Pauls and Strats or Teles I would believe it.
But Jaguars? That's rather bizarre.

But the serial numbers are hidden in the neck pocket, which makes it easier to hide.
So by that it's easier to find a buyer without disclosing the serial number.

I still have a 1960 Mary Kay strat that was stolen from my house a dealer had it listed for $125k
I called the Seattle police the dealer pulled the guitar police recovered nothing. I paid $14k total loss.
Now this guy in the video is a moron for keeping his guitars in a storage locker if he was smart he would have the guitars crated up
in KD boxes 8' x 8' hard to tell what's in the crate and in the warehouse. In my case the FBI did recover the stolen guns nothing happened to the thief.

I can't believe people use storage lockers for valuables. Especially long term without checking in. I had one for a while, because I had nowhere else to store all my old motorcycle stuff. It was full of Harley K-Model, Panhead, and Shovelhead stuff, along with some Indian racing stuff. The one time I got behind on rent, I had nightmares of it ending up on storage wars, and someone walking away with all my motorcycle stuff for pennies on the back rent. Never, never again.

I can see why the collector went for Jags and Jazzmasters. He said in one of the videos that he missed out on Les Pauls and Strats, so he started collecting pre-CBS, custom color, offset body Fenders. He probably got them cheap, and now they're worth something if he gets them all back.

Are you forklift certified? :rolf:
actually yes... and skid steer......farm Tractor-- Bailer -- and goose neck trailer CDL Class A "trained" but not licensed -- though I recently completed a 2300 mile drive hauling a 30,000 lb+ gvw piece of equipment from Montana back to Fl. .........

no it wasnt full of guitars -- sadly 2 other thermo machines go in the middle -- along with up to 8 pallets of thermo beads......... IT IS A BEAST

There could be guitars hidden inside those thermo machines. Did you look and see?
