Not my picture but this is basically what I ended up with when I converted mine for the wah:

It was just too limiting. I guess in theory you could cut a hold in the foam for something between the wah/volume and the first pedal in this setup, but I think it would have to be a mini and all mine are Boss compact size.

I used the smaller Boss pedal in the loop.

The mini sounds just like the full sized one and
it takes maybe 12 seconds to get used to the feel.
