Lee Trevino (golf pro) was hit by lightning twice. He was asked if he feared being struck a third time. His response was...
"If you are ever caught on a golf course during a storm and are afraid of lightning, hold up a 1 iron. Not even God can hit a 1 iron."
I've played a lot of golf in Florida (lightning capital of the world). One bright flash and one clap of thunder and it was like "We're out of here! God has been taking golf lessons ever since Trevino mocked him."
