Looking for TV/movie recommendations

Good lord, I need a job lol
All this TV is rotting my brain

I was contacted yesterday by a company's talent recruitment team about some possible work, so perhaps this won't last too much longer. Or maybe I just won't hear anything more again, like seems to be happening lately. We shall wait and see, and watch some TV in the meantime I guess.

I found Metallica: Through the Never on Netflix. It's from 2013.

Now, Metallica is by far my first favorite band of all time......but I cannot listen to Hetfield half heartedly singing along to Puppets with lackluster intensity any longer. I know they're all older now, etc....but holy poop man, I just can't even. And then there's Trujillo, crab walkin' around the stage, wearing shorts, sneakers and a basketball jersey....kinda clashes with the rest of the band's image...and their music too

Anyway, enough bitching about the once great 'Tallica... it was a mildly entertaining film.

Yeah im with you on Robert. Great bassist and super nice dude but the Socal Skater look is always strange, even when he played with Ozzy back in the early 2000s doing that lol

That why i dont watch any new stuff from them. Metallica has special place in my heart its my school band i love them to death but their new stuff just dose not resonate with me.

Papa Het singing from nose ,Rob looks like he wants have big damp, Krik butchers almost every solo....

Dont watch when they done a gig with lady gaga or bla bla or whatever her name is...

It will stain your brain for forever.

I hear Maily cirus is going to do metallicas full album cover, can 2020 get any more worse?

I stick to newer bands like the one you showed me Angleus apatrida they are killing it.

On prime there is few metal doc about thrash and live gigs if you search for it.

Hell yeah, Angelus is a really kick ass band. Love their stuff, very Megadeth-y, and really quite intense!

Yeah he's kinda his own dude. I like that he's played with all kinds of people and bands though.

Was listening to Cantrell's Degradation Trip last night, also features Trujillo on bass. Criminally underrated music IMO. Not sure that I've heard Jerry do anything I didn't like....it's not always metal, but it's genuine, heartfelt, and very often it's also dark. And I like that. Darkness makes for some good tunes in the right hands.

Got nothing to do today, so I thought I'd watch a movie. Put on something called Nocturnal Animals I found on Netflix, literally couldn't make it through the opening sequence.

I'm done. Time to find something else to do for today.
