Started out learning on a Strat, which I am a fan of Strats, its now been 7 years of playing for me . I have always wanted a Tele ever since i seen Keith Richards play one, but in my search to find one that would have the same body style, but would have tones and the looks that I wanted etc. I just couldn't find one, and I played many many Tele's from my own local shop, to shops around Ontario.

I am like SG John, I like to play a guitar before i buy it. Well seven years later here I was still with no Tele, so I took a big chance, and after this time of knowing what i like, I had one Custom made for me this year and it was the best decision I have ever made in buying gear . Its a guitar that will be with me as long as I am still here on earth. It exceeded everything I was looking for in a guitar. Its such a comfortable great player, it is my #1 guitar. And some inspiration from Tele players like Keith Richards, Brad Paisley,, Greg Koch, James Burton, Prince, and Bruce Springsteen to name a few. I am now at peace with myself , now that I have my most favorite guitar..

I bought this as a loaded body then tossed on a channel bound neck and pearloid
tuners. It was a lot of fun playing the builder (Lol -as if). G&G case with real
leather trim added too. I also replaced the brass saddles with titanium.
It really helped the sustain. This was all in 2017 I believe.

I was really on a Tele kick for about a year and wound up with 9 of these buggers.
They play sooo nice and the channel bound neck (which most are) is LUCIOUS.

Shortly after signing with Columbia Records in 1972, Springsteen came across the instrument at a New Jersey guitar shop owned by a man named Phil Petillo. “I wanted a Telecaster because I had played a Telecaster when I was younger,” Springsteen said in an interview with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fam
