Ok,

On the Jimmy Page Wire Setup, they use push/pull volumes for single coil split and push/pull tone for out of phase.

If I was to build my harness (Les Paul) and only use the push/pull for out of phase, what diagram would I follow???

2 Regular volumes and 2 push/pull tones???

Actually, I used the "Jimmy Page" title as a reference. I would never blaspheme a humbucker by splitting it...I just want phase split capabilities...
 
I would ignore the diagram you posted. It looks like it's been modified.

Essentially, you want to wire one pickup normally. It doesn't matter which. In my Jackson, I wired the bridge normally, and connected the neck pickup to the switch on the push/pull pot as the pickup to be reversed.

The next pickup should be wired to the push/pull pot per this diagram. It really doesn't matter if you use the push/pull pot as the tone or volume pot. It just has become sort of a convention to use the tone pot for the phase reverse push/pull pot. That's what I did with my Jackson.

Keep in mind, this is using Seymour Duncan color codes. Your actual color codes may vary for your pickups.

The ground on the terminal is puzzling to me...

I always use Epiphone's HB8N in the bridge. It is Green, White, Red, Black and Bare...

Okay, so you are not trying to ape Page's tone, you just want the phasing options like he had in #2? Cos most of his tone was from #1, which didn't have the switching - that unique sound was a PAF neck and T-Top bridge (from '72 on) played in the middle position, not from phase switching.

Yes, I want phase switching that is reversible, on-the-fly, as opposed to a magnet flip...
