I miss my Epi 175, here is a sweet looking Ibanez in my town.

Ray, that is the same Epi. I sold a couple years ago. Great sounding guitar, but I just could't handle that huge additional chenk on top of the head stock. My LP has the smaller Epi version I like better.

I have a long time friend who is strictly into Ibanez guitars. I like the Wizard II necks on them. I think he owns the RG series...in black of course.

I think Teddy Nugent plays a Gibson Byrdland guitar. They look cool and I like the cutaway on them guitars.

Mdub, I spoke to the guy via email while I was in KC. He mentioned he already figures he'd do $1000 as he expects hagglers.

Another thing from reading his description, he says it will have 2 cases available plus the installed pups and the originals and original pickguard. Guess I will have to see what these are really like, as in if they are truly originals etc.

IMO, the $1,000 cash price is a very fair deal considering the history of the guitar, the excellent condition it appears to be in, and all the extra goodies. And because it is an old Ibanez, I bet it is well built and plays well.
