I will admit it took me a bit of listens to gel with
Sin after Sin
Mostly because of the covers, but my buddy Delfin and I worked out and Sinner from that album
I want to say Diamonds an Rust and The Green Manalishi were on that one, and I was looking for more like the Ripper , and Victims of change..
Mitch
I 100% agree plus Simmon Phillips on drums in the studio.Diamonds and Rust is on Sin After Sin, Green Manalishi is from Killing Mchine/Hell Bent for Leather.
I love the evolution of the band, and how every album was distinctly different from those that preceeded it. Sin After Sin had both Raw Deal and Dissident Agressor on it (really the whole second side), which made it a total game changer and kind of set the stage for what the band would become. I consider it a masterpiece.
It was a weird time, the 60's was still a hangover, the gong show, Tony Orlando and Dawn, disco was about to push the whole house over. I forgive him for trying to look like a hippy.I liked them when they were still trying to be a prog band. If great to see how they changed over the years.

I did get the correct grill cloth and it came out good. Now I wish I had bought piping!
Me too, that's why I snatched it. They are going to become very scarce and I believe they will be harder to find in the future.Love Dean Vs.
You're gonna have fun with that thing!
Looks sharp!
