Knotty Pine Partscaster Tele

Since pup's innards are on the decline, I feel poorly about blaming it on the dog. But it's been done b4.
It's ok guys, she is sleeping off and on, when awake, she looks out our open windows by her bed, and smells the nature, Let's me know when Mother Nature is calling her,,,,,,,,, and even still does tricks like balance the treat on her snout and when I say " Get it" She snaps her chops to snag it out of the air. Oh and she is deaf now so I was not sure she'd still listen hehe. She also gave paw too, MY baby is not ready to kick the bucket just yet. Hoping that if I get RVA's meds, she may hang tough like his cat has. She already has given us 6 months since her Liver mass and Pancreatitis diagnosis at Christmas.

Canada still has some wood left.
USA cut down all the trees, unless you want guitars made out of oak.
I wonder what oak would sound like?
Meanwhile it costs $10 for a $2 2X4...no more wood here.
Yes we do! I think Oak would be an interesting choice tonally. I don't recall many if any mentions about solidbodies made of Oak. I know that it is notoriously heavy and hard to work with. Supposedly less dense than maple. Maybe finding a decent oak old tabletop to turn into a guitar would make for a good project.
