Thanks, Mitch. Built a stage. Wow!! Hard core.Cool collection, I have seen pictures in the past of someone who had built a stage with gear, it was pretty awesome.
Can’t remember where I seen it, but it was definitely worth the effort for the look
Not this specific one. But one like it I mean.I've seen some of these shots before. I swear we had that poster in our room around that time.
Very cool. You have any pics of your collection?Kiss collector, but not a Kiss fan? Tommy Thayer gave me some Schwag. My friend from high school was a big Kiss fan. We lost touch after high school. He started doing drugs and I had to cut him out of my life.
I recently discovered that he turned his life around. Has two kids in college, a nice wife, house, etc. I am going to give him the autographed tour poster and Gene nutcracker that Tommy gave me.
My dad is friends with his family. That’s how I got the stuff.
The poster is framed and currently in my music room. But I’m going to remodel it, and I will have about 30 guitars on the wall. So there won’t be room for it, but it will be a great way to reconnect with my friend.
Collect original Mego action figures from the 70’s. Some of my collection is from when I was a kid and some still have their boxes and some are unopened on their original cards.
Monkey Ward, now there’s a blast from the past.I still have the original Spock that my grandmother bought me from Montgomery Ward on a plain, white back card. Like a fool I opened it. But hey, I was 8 or 9 years old.
I was at a yard sale this past weekend where I scored some Star Trek & Star Wars PEZ stuff.I have a complete Mego Type II Star Trek set, still on unopened Cards and an extra United Kirk that is autographed by Shatner. They are packed away at the moment.
I won’t sell them until Shatner passes. I’ve had them for years. I got the Shatner figure about 10 years ago, for 100 dollars. When I finally do sell them, it’s going to be as a complete set.
Scotty is the most valuable one of the set. The Uhura is the least. I’m running out of room for my collections.
