Kiesel Tour anyone?

Impressive.

It is. And whether called Carvin or Kiesel I want to like the guitars because they are gorgeous and have a great backstory...but every time I pick one up it just feels sterile somehow. Good sound and feel but nothing I want to play for longer than a few minutes. Dunno why. A guy I know got a full-blown custom one, everything to his spec, and it turned out perfect. And sounded good. But was a bore to play.

Interesting ...... like most SUPER HOT MODELS have a flaw (other than personality lol) that make them not QUITE perfect but improves them?

like getting a Gibson new out of the box that doesnt work---- that should ENDEAR the guitar more to me than say one that does......I see your angle here Gman-- like my old PEavey T-40 bass is beat to :poo: -- has divits in it like edward james almos face ---but that --- flaw-- is one of the things I love ...

KIESEL make them TOO PERFECT??? thus -- boring----

hhmmmmmmm---- you Sir are an SUPER genius!

Don't know for sure. They've always just been...boring to play to me. There used to be a Carvin factory store on Sunset, right across from the giant GC and just down the street from the Boogie store, and I'd drop in to check things out every time I was around there, pick up a bunch of guitars, but never once, not once did I think about buying one of them. They just did nothing for me. Beautiful to look at though.
