Could have told him that he could sing about his wife, but only if his wife assumes the role of an evil boar.....that way it doesn't sound like a love song, it'll just be weird instead

On top of that he wanted lot of breakdowns like in nu metal.
It was not working for me man, i wanted to play gun gray metal. Singer wanted sing about his wife do breakdowns other guitarist wanted ad keyboard Drummer was depressed bass didnt give poop... So in the end we went separate ways...
