This is where I'm coming from too...I'm old school and I've worked a real job since I was 14. I taught my kids the
same. My family has struggled in past generations and my Great Great Grand Parents were poor share croppers.
And guess what??? No one has EVER taken a dime from welfare or food stamps or none of that. We just worked and
then worked some more and worked harder until we got what we needed...and now things we just want...
 
Well here is my viewpoint on the subject. There are no rules written so far, because so far y'all have been behaving. We are all grown ups here and by now we should have all learned how to play nicely. By playing nicely I mean not being rude to other members. Some of us here may be democrats. Some may be republicans. Some may be green party. Some may not be affiliated with any of these political parties. If y'all wanna talk about politics that's fine by me. If y'all do not like what you read, don't read it. If you disagree with what someone is saying and wish to present your viewpoint, by all means do so. However if you don't agree with what someone else has to say, don't ask me to sensor crap that you don't want to read, censor it yourself. Y'all have the option to unsubscribe from threads, ignore users and just don't go back to threads that you don't agree with. Admins and moderators are people too and have the same right to free speech as everyone else here. If I see that any of the staff is being rude to a member, we will discuss this with that staff member. If a member is rude to any of the staff, we will discuss this with the member. If a member is rude to another member, we will discuss this with that member. Members that just don't know how to act will not be tolerated.

This sounds like baby sitting to me and we did not create this place to be baby sitters, forum nazis or dictators. I was actually enjoying my Saturday by putting my new guitar together and got called away to deal with this thread. Now I'd much rather be playing with my guitar than dealing with stuff like "Johnny said blah blah blah" or "Bobby pulled my pony tail".

Now a word about porn. I'm sure that most of us guys like to see nekkid women. However I like to show this site to my family, friends and prospective clients. We also have female members here that may not wish to see nekkid chick pics. So for consideration of our female membership, random family members and visitors that may view this site, let's try to keep this place on track as The Tone Rooms and not The Peep Show Rooms.

If y'all can't play nicely and require us to make rules, then there will be members that don't like the rules. So let's all try to get along and if Obama or Trump joins this group, we may need to deal with this thread. Until then, they are public figures and fair game.

I'm sure one of the Admins or Mods will have to draw a line at some point...but I really hope our group can just behave. The best advice I can give is...if you don't like the things being said in a thread...then STOP READING IT! Move along...nothing to see here...
 
BTW, if I forgot to mention it, this forum is about music. So if y'all wanna act like kids and make us define a line, we can do that. Be advised that where the line gets drawn will not be up for a vote.

They are just as likely to blow their own selves up as anyone else...and a good special forces insertion team could take that fool out.
We just need an administration willing to attempt it. If North Korea was that much of a threat we would have done something already...
