It's all good, I got family out that way so we drive through the Palouse all the time.Dont worry C grin i see plenty of Kabota stuff round here but all the big Farm stuff is John Deere.I mean this is the grain capitol round here and there is some HUGE and crazy lookin equipment round here.
My mom and dad met in SpokaneHell c grin i live just a couple miles north of the Palouse.Im close to Cheney WA. Bout 30 miles from the town of Malden that burned down.
Roger that. Most fun I ever had on two wheels were dirt bikes. Did a bit of motocross when I was 19/20. That was a blast.
Ford tractors?? Ew. LolHey Blink. The dealerships I mentioned were CaseIH dealerships. Our catch phrase was…. “Nothing runs like a Deere…. Or smells like a John.” But I love you anyway.
Truth. You have a good tractor. I just worked for the competition. We learned early on when selling our brand, you didn’t talk down the competitor. Didn’t tell the farmer JD tractors were junk….. since he could very likely have several in the shed. You’ve now just insulted the guy.
Edit: 8N Ford may have been the coolest tractor I ever ran. Fun and almost impossible to kill. Believe me. I tried!
Yeah, when it comes to combines, I'd take a Case over a Deere.Damn right Blinky,John Deere and International/Harvester round here in Spokane.
And just to your left is Grant County, the nation's leading potato producing county.Dont worry C grin i see plenty of Kabota stuff round here but all the big Farm stuff is John Deere.I mean this is the grain capitol round here and there is some HUGE and crazy lookin equipment round here.
Oh man, I grew up in a 4430.It’s funny I worked at a CaseIH dealership. And the only tractor I ever actually drove in the field in anger was a good friends JD 4430. Chisel plowing. It was also fun.
Plenty of those.
You’ll have that happen once in a while. Before I stepped into parts I worked in service and drove the big truck. Early 70s when Case was running their own engine, not the Cummins that came into use late 80s. Anyway. Picked up a Case 2wd that had blown a hole in the side of the block. Never quit running. Farmer just thought he ought to shut it down and figure out the big vibration.Plenty of those.
A neighbor farmer had his new quad track blow a rod right out the side of his engine block...he went back to Deere![]()
"Hmm, that doesn't feel right....guess I'll stop and get the techs out here..."You’ll have that happen once in a while. Before I stepped into parts I worked in service and drove the big truck.
